BOOKING/CANCELLATION POLICY

A non-refundable $50 booking fee is required per treatment booked. This will be credited towards your treatment on the day.

We understand life gets busy & things pop up. Appointment changes can be made up to 48hrs prior to your appointment, simply follow the reschedule link in your confirmation email. Cancellations/change of mind within less than 48hrs of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your booking fee. You will need to pay another booking fee to book a new appointment.

50% of the treatment fee is payable for any no shows, cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours prior to your appointment. This fee will be charged to the card held on file. This applies to any COVID related cancellations/rescheduling.

Although I try my best, I may not be able to accomodate late arrivals. Treatment may unfortunately be refused If you are more than 10 mins late to your appointment.
